The Cu-Ni coin is of 1 crown denomination issued in 1995 as part of the Isle of Man series of 'Aircraft of WW II' showcasing the famous Supermarine Spitfire.

The PNC (Philatelic-Numismatic Cover) issued by Isle of Man commemorates 60th anniversary of the battle of Britain. The PNC was issued on 22nd May 2000 having a miniature sheet containing two stamps and Douglas aircraft issued in 2000. It contains a brass coin of 1 crown commemorating 60th anniversary of battle of Britain issued in 2000.
